We will be happy to assist you in finding your dream home or investment property. Daily updates on the Santa Barbara Real Estate market will be sent to you. If you wish to investigate the market on your own, our web site will allow you to search the Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service (MLS) like a pro. Just click on the above tab marked 'General Property Search'. This is the same search engine we use. You can search for property by:
- MLS number
- Property type (residential, income, land, commercial/ office)
- City
- MLS district (region of town)
- Price
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Year built
- Square footage
Once your MLS property list is displayed, just click on the property and detailed information for that property will be shown. Tabs at the top/right of the property detail sheet will allow you to look at photos and mapping information.
Selling ?
Call us and we'll put together a free market analysis for you. Should you select Oceanside Realty to represent you we will:
- Professionally market your property.
- Build a web site for your property (www.123maple.com). Pictures of your home
will be displayed on this site allowing potential buyers to tour your home. See the example web
site above that I used at 1550 San Antonio Creek.
- Advertise in the Santa Barbara News Press.
- Broker Opens will be held. This tour alerts other agents in town that your home is on the
market.
- Sunday Open House. Many buyers roam their favorite neighborhoods on Sunday. I always
show my own listings and never delegate this task to another agent that does not know the
specifics of your property.
- Your property will be published within the Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
- I have a very extensive construction background. This allows me to identify deficiencies I
observe, or improvements you have made to your home. Maximizing your property's value
is my number one goal.
